Gyro Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 Has anyone noticed how high and mighty French people can be in a work situation. Where I work we have a team of 8 people some cadre some not that includes me.At lunch the boss will invite everyone in the room openly and when there's one or two non cadre people ignore them completely leaving an awkard silence.Its not a nice feeling when your the only non cadre in the room.I don't understand how there can be such a difference in levels and pay when some of these people are actually quiet thick and I mean thick.I guess its a French thing as we don't have such differences where I've worked in the past.Not angry just curious Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
