Will Posted July 26, 2003 Share Posted July 26, 2003 I think you will need registration for the boat, if it is going to be kept permanently in France, and the skipper will need an International Cruising Certificate and possible a supplementary permit. VNF http://www.vnf.fr should tell you what you need to know; if you want information in English then the Royal Yachting Association http://www.rya.org.uk or the UK boating magazines shouold be able to help.
