skiing in the Alpes

Bonjour!

My future host family has invited me to go skiing with them in the Alpes in February next year. They told me it costs 550euros per person. They're going for 5 days, and the cost includes skiing passes, beds, meals, insurance, ski hires etc... This is probably a very stupid question, but I know nothing about skiing... Do you think they mean 550euros per day or for the whole 5 days? It seems so expensive if its per day, yet too cheap if its for the 5 days.

I feel too embarrassed to ask my host family. they'll probably think i'm weird!
