Just need a change of scenery for a couple of days.We live in La Rochelle and would like somewhere maximum 3 hours drive away. Needs to have a variety of things to do esp if the weather is not so good. We have not long lived in la Rochelle and only explored the immediate surrounding area!PM's of suggested accommodation would be much appreciated. Only lots of beautiful countryside, walking and fishing. Maybe there are a lot of places like ours which is why you haven't had replies. Anyway a suggestion - have you been to Futuroscope in Poitiers? Looks like it could be fun.
