I have a publication called "Vienne Peche 2011" which seems to give two different prices, presumably, for different areas. First "La Carte Personne Majeure" the second "La Carte Interfederale Majeure".As a senior citizen living in the Vienne and, possibly, wanting to fish outside this area, can anyone advise the correct licence to purchase and a suitable shop to get it?Thank you for any help you may be able to offer.
