Roses - Japanese Beetle ??

Help!

My rose bushes are covered in lots of beetles eating the flowers and buds. They are focusing on the scented 'wild' type roses. I've searched the internet and I think they are Japanese beetles with brown bodies and green heads.

Any suggestions as to what I can buy or how I can get rid of them before they destroy all of my flowers?
