Lemon tree

Our lemon tree often seems to have fruit and new blossom at the same time.  We had a good crop of lemons (over 30) this winter and we left them on, just removing them as we needed to use them.  The last half dozen are still on there but the tree is again covered with blossom.  I don't know what the recommended procedure is but our tree certainly seems to cope quite happily with fruit and flowers together so I guess you could leave yours on to ripen naturally.  I do feed ours regularly with the special stuff, though, as it seems to be constantly producing something.

Yes, it's one of the few trees that has flowers and fruit at the same time. Don't forget to feed it, there's a feed for the winter and one for the summer. You change which feed you use when the clocks change. I live in the Charante Maritime and do keep mine in the greenhouse in the winter.
