Imagin this scenario:

With own money, you buy a house and you removate it to a B&B in France with two luxuary rooms, in a touristic area.

My girlfriend wil do her own job as a physical therapist and earns about 1000 euro's a mounth.

Is it possible to live from this scenario? Or are there to much B&B's already in France?

Depends on your lifestyle and whether you have any kids but if you are just a couple and don't lead a particularly extravagant lifestyle I'd say no problem.  We've had two rooms for the last three years and have struggled but survived.  If we had an extra 1000 euros a month we would have a really comfortable life.

No kids and a normal lifestyle.

So with two rooms, it is possible....This will give us hope.

Chose your location well and do not buy simply because property is cheap I think you can do very well. We gave up taking winter weekend breaks in Northern France within say 200 kilometres of  Calais because everywhere was full. We went to Essen one year and went through 7 Europeon languages before the waitress worked out we were native English speakers.
