I had a similar experience with an Irish lady a couple of years back Arnold.  She had been married to a French guy for about 20 odd years.  She had worked out that I wasn't French but thought that perhaps I was German or Dutch.

We occasionally get clients that think Leclerc is an electrical shop! But we had to laugh the other day when a guest from the West Country was very disappointed to find the "patisserie" didn't sell pasties! Shame, I could eat one right now.
