Business/Job opportunity in high-tech CCTV

My UK business is involved in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Installation of CCTV equipment (digital mostly).

I suspect that there is a large untapped market for security equipment here in France, in both domestic and commercial installations.

Although this scheme is only at the "idea" stage, I am seeking a partner, or perhaps an employee to help develop the idea.

They will be;

Fluent, or at least competent in French
Have a sales background
Be reasonably technical

Areas covered will be 22, 35 & 56 (29 at a push).

No cash contribution should be necessary, although you may need some finance to live off before we start earning money. Thereafter renumeration will be realistic.
