euro Posted June 27, 2007 Share Posted June 27, 2007 Good evening all , i have a gite complex - long established - earns well , reliable bookings etc and i actually enjoy the flexibility & seasonality of the work so am considering buying another one ! yes i am in full control of my faculties. preferable location would be the SW as then i could manage them both and even maybe rent my owners accomodation for extra income , whilst i live in the new one and focus on developing the business etc. all ideas welcome - especially from those who have done this already or researched it. jon Posted June 28, 2007 Share Posted June 28, 2007 Where are you based?I know of something which is for sale in the Charente.It is a lovely property witha seperate cottage and a barn for conversion.The garden is impressive but not massive and it is in a sleepy small town ......would have bought it ourselves but we want to be around Bordeaux/Bergerac.The main house has 4/5 bedrooms, a few receptions and all rooms are airy and spacious..
