need someone to do small amount of admin (phone calls ect) in French

I have a very small amount of work for anyone who is great at getting things done and speaks and writes good French. Must be able to invoice me through AE scheme or similar. The work is just general admin and related to applying for eco-grants etc, so just calling grant agencies (numbers supplied) to request forms and maybe helping me complete them, a little bit of research re builders etc. Someone with 'can do' is needed as I speak French well enough to make calls myself, but am not fluent enough to ensure things get done quickly :) and run smoothly.
