Property management/cleaning/gardening/pool care opportunity Dept 58

We have been let down by a property management company who have had to

dismiss the team covering our area.  We have bookings at our property,

(3 bedrooms, outdoor heated pool, large garden) from 2nd June right

through to 1st September 2012. Bookings usually extend through September

and October.

The house is in Charrin, nr Decize, 53800 and we need someone to look after

changeovers for our mostly British clients. Changeover day is Saturday and will

require the following:

Between 10am and 4pm:-

Clean the house, changing bed linen, towels,etc. Take car of laundry. We have

plenty of spare linen and towels so laundry can be taken away to be done during

the week at your leisure.

Clean swimming pool weekly and adjust chemical levels as required. We have a

pool robot so this will require very little work. The pool-house will need a

quick clean also.

Cut grass, weekly or fortnightly as required. This takes about 2 hrs with a

ride-on mower. We have our own plus plenty of garden tools if you need to use

ours. Trim small low hedge along verandah.

Be emergency contact to sort out any problems guests may have with the house

and/or equipment.
