SaligoBay
My dad used his E111 2 years ago when he was here, we took all the paperwork to the CPAM afterwards and eventually got a cheque back from them to reimburse his costs. This year our visiting friends had to call the doctor out. Their instructions also say to deal with it either through the CPAM or wait till you get home and do it through Newcastle.I phoned the CPAM, and the young man there said it was nothing to do with them, it's the doctor who deals with the E111.I know this sounds like a silly question, but (touch wood) I've never had to use holiday insurance myself, so I've never been faced with this.Has something changed since my dad used it, or was the CPAM man talking out of his b*****?Thank you,
Moorejw
AFAIK its still CPAM.We recently had to help a visitor write to them with the form from the doctor to claim their reimbursement.John and Angie Moore (17)
