We are due to move shortley to France my husband is on permenant medication due to Diabetes, and I also take long term medication, of course in England we are exempt from paying what is the situation in France for this.  Also can anyone recommend a good Health Insurnace cover.

For diabetes,  my answer on a similar question was:-

Once you are registered with CPAM (see lots of other threads on this subject) your doctor (see yet more threads on choosing a doctor!) will advise them of any qualifying long term medical conditions (ALD). I don't have to pay for my insulin for example.

For medical insurance it depends what level of cover you are looking for. There are a number of threads on this subject. We use Swiss Life.
