completing forms..........pounds or euros?

When completing CMU forms and all our income is sterling,how should we complete the forms ,in euros or sterling?

Have last year's tax return to accompany application but I'm wary about completing the form........should I convert the figures myself and if so what rate should I use or should I leave the boxes blank?

Also,anyone know whether to deduct income tax and NI contributions (husband still living mostly in UK)?

Any advice appreciated.

Complete the form in euros by multiplying your £'s by 1.41834 for 2004.

Enter your gross salary before any deductions plus any savings interest received, including tax free savings in UK, in the appropriate box.

Best ask at your local CPAM office, they normally want to see a tax certificate,  however, a friend who did not have a tax certificate ( don't ask - long story) applied for CMU when his E 106 ran out and was asked to make a signed declaration of income for 2004, on this, CPAM asked for the income to be declared in GB £'s
