Hello Irena,

You may be better off consulting local estate agents in the area in which you want to live. Most french lettings are unfurnished and often advertised and/or managed by these agents. You'll probably have to sign a lease for up to 3 years but you can give notice and leave after 6 months.

the minimum time is three months, but you would have to move in and give your notice... I just did that, almost, I stayed 3 and a half months, but because the flat was entirely rubbish, it was not plan A.
