natural birthing/waterbirths in Lyon?

 Hi everyone,

I'm new here. I'm an american currently living in Italy with my French husband.

We are due to have our first baby in March and are moving to Lyon in January.

I hear there are no birth centers in France, but all births are done at the hospital. My question is, where can I find a hospital with the most natural methods practiced and preferrably water birthing available? I'm also looking for rooming-in,  and freedom of movement during labor and any other natural methods where medicinal pain relief is not pushed (though if it's available that's great too) I'm a little nervous about this cuz it took us sooo long to find the information on giving birth in Italy and now we will be in France after finding a wonderful clinic right here.
