I have had my op and am back home again but feeling a little shell shocked, very tired and a bit sore [:)]The good news is that the op seems to have gone to plan the bad news is that the surgeon beleives my thyroid nodules we're cancerous... he's removed my neck lymph nodes too and I'll find out friday what happens now. I've been really impressed with the care and the speed of action so far but feeling a little overwhelmed by it all at the same time... oddly found myself today mourning the loss of my thyroid...
