What is the rest of the sentence or paragraph in which these phrases are to be found?) all I can say is "taxe recuperable" is simply some form of tax that can be refunded or reclaimed, possibly from the tenant - eg perhaps a portion of the taxe d'habitation for those who take up residence part way through a year. In lettings of commercial property it is possible that there is a term in the lease requiring the tenant to reimburse the owner for the taxe fonciere. "une provision sur charges initiales" is, baldly, what it says: an element of payment that is set against (typically) ongoing costs or services provided (again typically, maintenance rather than renovation, or else against certain parts of the charges de copropriete in the case of eg a block of flats) or even against costs involved in setting up the rental arrangement.It really all depends on the context.RegardsPickles Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
