Skrumpy Posted August 10, 2004 Share Posted August 10, 2004 Hi There,A friend has asked me to post the following query as he is unable to get onto the internet: He has an account with a French ISP and has just moved house in France. He has just got around to connecting his PC again, after a couple of months, and has been unable to re-establish a connection to the internet using his current ISP. Is the fact that he has a new telephone number, other than the original he established the account with, affecting him being able to connect. The error message he keeps getting is along the lines of password etc not recognised on this domain. Has anyone any thoughts or able to offer a solution?
