I refer to the free version which I have installed only to find it crashes the computer during a scan. Loaded it on Saturday with no problems, it automatically deletes the previous version. I wonder if your problem is being caused by another programme as there is no logical reason for a computer to crash with AGV. I am sure somebody will give you an answer. Might be worth having a look there.I did read something about deleting all AVG files - have you checked to make sure they are all gone ?
