short/mid term rental required

Hi, we are a couple resident in France and we are in the process of selling our property (fingers crossed!!). We are looking for a small property (1 or 2 beds) with storage for our bits n bobs for about 4 months whilst making the all important decisions of what to do!.  A gite or similar over the winter period November to March would be ideal and the preferred locations would be within a 20km radious Cozes in the Charente Maritime, please contact via email/pm with info, many thanks
