Dial up internet access - which provider

Hi

will be taking my laptop down to France in the coming months and want to be able to access the web over a dial up connection.

The phone line is already in place in my property so I just need some advice on which provider to use and how to go about setting the connection up on the laptop - presume it will be like UK providers with a downloadable .exe file that adds the connection to the dial up options in WINXP?

Can anyone advise and let me know how to do this and which provider is a good choice?
