kiwimike1 Posted November 21, 2007 Share Posted November 21, 2007 Hi; Currently running an old Freehouse in the UK with my english wife & I have an indefinite uk spousal visa; we have almost finished our years contract & now wish to move to france in the New Year. Firstly does anyone know if I would be Ok to work initially in France? Have been told I would be ok for 3 months then would have to register at the local prefecture??I have also been a Rugby Referee for the past 5 years and have been Managing Bars & restaurants for the past 15 years so also would like anyone to suggest an area in France other than paris that may of interest for us to locate to with this in mind?Any advice on this would be much appreciated.Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
PETER HELOIR Posted November 21, 2007 Share Posted November 21, 2007 HiyaHow about Agen area (South West)Loads of Rugby (Lots of antipodeans as well) and plenty of Bars. Our local bar has been taken over by an Aussie, terrible during last years cricket but great during the World Cup!!!!!!Failing that theres Pau ,Toulouse, Montauban all great areas.
