I note they are from 2004, and as we are just about to come across, finally, to France next year, we will be wanting to start everything up. Will Posted November 17, 2008 Share Posted November 17, 2008 They were put together, as you say, a few years ago, using information from several forum posts, just so we had everything in one place.It would be nice if somebody more knowledgeable than me could revise them and keep them up to date.
