Will Posted November 26, 2008 Share Posted November 26, 2008 The first thing to try is to remove the mains plug (don't just switch off at the box), wait for 30 seconds or so, re-connect, switch on and wait for the box to finish searching for channels. With luck, they should reappear. If not, take card out, clean the contacts, and replace. If those fail, leave the box on standby for 24 hours or so. If still no luck there is something else wrong...Edit - Tim posted while I was writing this, don't know which other place that was but hope we agree. [;-)]And that it works.
