mafoo Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 Hi All.Been a long time since I have visited!!I have just changed my phone over to a PRO plan with SFR.http://goo.gl/K2MDVIt includes 100mb of data outside of France. Now my questions is, I am currently on the day packs (5€) when outside of France, how does this work if you get 100mb included. Will they charge for the day packs and then credit me if under the 100mb? I've searched their website up and down but can't find any further information. By default they put you on the daily data packs.It's a Blackberry if that makes any difference.Thought I would see if anyone else is on the same plan that could advise of how it works.Any help, advice would be appreciated. mafoo Posted November 27, 2011 Author Share Posted November 27, 2011 I have been with SFR now for 4.5 years (on and off), and I agree the customer service isn't great over the phone but in the local store they are great.Unforunately they are my only choice as Orange and BT have no coverage at my place and we have a 24/7 business.
