I got it from Danny's post, I assume it is right because I don't have a second line so I wouldn't know.

Mine is payed for me by Alice, allowing me to plan contingently for a discretional expenditure on 4 X UPSs per year.[:D]

Try plugging them in to the mains, they do recharge you know. Mine (APC) has lasted ages and through the little software program that comes with it tells me if there is a problem.
