Do you want to stop running this script?

This message is popping up with irritating frequency whenever I use Internet Explorer.  Please don't say use another browser as I find IE very convenient for looking in the Forum.

Apparently, there is a "script" that is slowing down the computer.  If I opt for "yes" to running the script, then it goes back to normal.  However, this question is coming up again and again.

So, my question is this:  how do I know what this "script" is so that I can identify it and get rid of it once and for all?[8-)]

Thank you, Jay.  I have followed the instructions but the script thing is still popping up.

It never used to happen so perhaps it will go away again.  I have often found that if something isn't quite right, it often sorts itself out after a few days![:)]
