Here is another rescue place in the Lot area....Les Chiens de Figeac.  They have some wonderful dogs and some older ones who have spent most of their lives in rescue.

What a super rescue centre; they have made such a huge effort to shelter these rescued dogs to the best of their ability.

I don't know who writes the précis but the descriptions of the dogs are funny and inventive as well as informative.

And the photos are worthy of those taken by Christine Animal.

Yes, I agree, a very good site.  So many older dogs that need a loving home and the history of some of them is heartbreaking to read.  I hope that some do find the home they deserve.
