Bella Posted September 14, 2004 Share Posted September 14, 2004 Hi Helen,An English horse-transporter who regularly brings horses across Europe told me that to be a 'stop-off' point' there has to be the neccessary paperwork done in France with the Ministry of Agriculture (a minefield!!) and that you have to be able to and have the facilities to do 20 horses.
