Staddon Posted September 8, 2003 Share Posted September 8, 2003 That is the question. There is a possibility that I could move Jobs to the Channel Islands. The question is, do we send the children 8 & 9 to a school on the Islands and all live there. Or should they move to a school close to our house near Ploermel. I could then live in a flat, rent out the house in the UK and either buy or rent a flat on the Islands.One of the problems is the cost of property on the Islands for non residents.My preferred option is sending the children to a French school. Not only for the languaqge, but the way of life does seem to be more family focused.
