Advice on Castres in the Tarn or other places not too far from Sete

Hi Norman,

At first we lived in Sete cente ville which had everything including tons of tourists which made summers impossible. Sooo...we then chose a smallish village and regret it everyday. It was truely a stupid choice, but we had searched for over three years and thought we had found THE place.

One very big issue for us is the wind. I checked out Serignan and it is even windier than here.

Since we can do nothing until we sell here, we have time to really ensure that any decision we make is a sound one.

I am really surprised that no one on the Forum seems to live in Castres. It would be so interestingly to hear first hand from someone there.

Anyway, we are making a list of needs and wants and things that we are willing to compromise on. I am sorry that they are slowly doing in the reasons you chose Beziers. The powers that be consider it "progress."
