AnOther Posted March 27, 2011 Share Posted March 27, 2011 CT must be than 6 months old or have more than 18 months remaining, same thing so take your pick.That's the strict legal position however in practice you can sell a car with no CT if the buyer agrees but it can be a dangerous route to follow as there could be comebacks.
