I'm looking at buying a property just outside Saumur in Pays de la Loire. I will need a management company to deal with handovers and maintenance/cleaning etc. Does anybody know of one that will provide these services in Saumur? He originally did suggest an informal arrangement with some local ex-pats but I was worried that they might not be as reliable as a company. How have you found it works out with the informal approach (what happens if they're ill or want to go on holiday themselves etc)?Thanks again! If your own estate agent is too busy, maybe one of the others in Saumur?
