Thanks Flaneur. I've emailed the estate agent but he hasn't replied. He originally did suggest an informal arrangement with some local ex-pats but I was worried that they might not be as reliable as a company. How have you found it works out with the informal approach (what happens if they're ill or want to go on holiday themselves etc)? Thanks again!
