Enterprise Individuelle & Carte Vitale

My wife is planning to set up an Enterprise Individuelle under the Micro-BIC tax regime.

She will therefore pay all the required cotistations to the URSSAF and appropriate caisse, which will entitle her to a Carte Vitale.

Will I be included for health cover under her Carte Vitale as a dependant?

You will need to register yourself as her "conjoint collabarateur" when you do the application. It is not automatic.

In the light of recent developments this is something I might end up considering so if anybody has actually done it or is in the process of setting themselves up and would like to share their experience, including the costs, I for one would be very interested.

As Nick has said I think the key point in the answer to the OP's question is "dependant".
