Maintenance for your pools

After many false starts we will now be moving to France in the new year. We found our house in department 24 and now iam looking to top up my income with doing some part time work. For the last 20 years i have been the senior maintenance engineer for a company looking after leisure centre pool,spa and sauna equipment. So to the point of this post is,are there people requiring a maintenance or service program for their pools or spas,or is the market already saturated with pool companies.
