halfblind Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Yesterday I received an "Avis Amiable" supposedly from RSI in Niort saying I owed an amount of money for the 3eme trimestre cotisations for 2010.What made me suspicious was that the letter was in grey and black whereas normally the communications from RSI are in blue print.Also the number for communicating with RSI in Niort was different.I spoke to RSI in Niort who assured me my cotisations were up to date and that they had no knowledge of the communication.So all auto-entrepreneurs be aware there is a scam going on, check with your RSI branch at the usual number before getting ripped off. Apparently she has had about 4 of these from various "bogus" organisations asking for money.http://www.le-rsi.fr/actualites/20101020_vigilance_avis_appel_cotisation.php for the forum moderators...is there a forum sticky somewhere with a list of these scammers?
