Midi-Pyrenees (Ariege) Property management

Hello, can anyone advise? I am planning to buy a 2 or 3 bedroon house in the Midi-Pyrenees (Ariege area) later this year. Primarily it will be a holiday home but I am also hoping to let it out at peak times.

I would ideally like to engage the services of a company/individual to manage the handover (keys etc), cleaning and maintaining the garden if necessary.....no pool planned.

Could anyone advise me on:

1. Any companies/individuals in the area

2. What the market rate is for this kind of service
