Connecting to mains drainage/gas

Hello ,
We are looking into the various costs of connecting to mains drainage ,"brown and grey " . any guides on costs for connecting to mains say - in the centre of a road infront of a property . and again same question - but for town gas ?. Other question - approx what sort of money involved in putting in a square floor - 14m2 approx structure - wood or concrete .Thanks
