Choochoo Posted September 6, 2004 Share Posted September 6, 2004 Hi everybodyWe have been using an old concrete fosse buried in the garden while we wait for our proper fosse septique to be installed. As you may have guessed we are having to wait a long time and the old fosse is now getting quite full !!Any idea who I call to get it emptied ? The local farmer did it before when it only contained animal wastes but I dont like that idea now it contains human waste as well.Any ideas ?Thanks John & Sue (50) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Dick Smith Posted September 6, 2004 Share Posted September 6, 2004 The species which produces the waste doesn't seem to matter to the farmers in Normandy...Ours was emptied before the fosse septique was put in, and the local farmer did it (I think for free - he got to keep the merde so that he could splatter it all round the local roads at his convenience) (Bad pun.
