Will Posted October 10, 2006 Share Posted October 10, 2006 No - if it did exist it would make things much easier when valuing a house, both from the agent's point of view, and from the seller's.The nearest to that are the monthly surveys showing trends in selling prices, which are often broken down by region and type of house, but these of course do not list individual properties. It seems to have disappeared now but I think you can use it if you join their club at 2€ per month...
