They are unable to get any hot water, and we think maybe the element has gone. nikki Posted August 11, 2005 Author Share Posted August 11, 2005 Thanks for your reply Paul & Debbie, yes our friend replaced the fuse, but didn't do the trick, they can hear buzzing when they press the start button, so sounds like its working, but water is barely luke warm!
