Derkins Posted October 30, 2006 Share Posted October 30, 2006 I need to arrange for our electric supply to be turned on in our new apartment, I have a number for EDF but it is an automated service which is so fast I can't understand it!, then it cuts me off - how can I arrange to turn it on, the number is - 0810 06 06 00, can anyone help? londoneye Posted October 31, 2006 Share Posted October 31, 2006 i constantly find myself unable to keep up with automated services and have now resorted to pressing any number randomly; 9 times out of 10 once you get through to a person they will take pity on you.
