Having searched the forum I have found lots of info on starting a micro-bic but nothing on how to cease trading/close one down. Does anyone have any information or advice on how to do this please? Or perhaps a site I could take a look at. Thank you. Phoenix  

Hi Maricopa the reason for the renewal is to carry on trading as a market trader. I registered at the end of May, have traded since..(having a break at the mo) and kept hearing about renewing the KBIS every 3 months. I intend to carry on in November and thought I should check it out...one of those niggles and realised there is little info on what to do after you've done the registering. Glad to say, I'm sorted now! Thanks for all the help Sarah

Just a quicky! I have heard that the Extrait KBIS needs to be renewned on a regular basis, although, through my research, it appears to be simply a business registration document....a one off. Is anyone able to clarify please? Thank you in advance Sarah
