Hi, I'm new to this site. I have been wanting to get either a kitten or a cat for quite some time now but I just don't know where to get one from in France (I live in the 36, Centre region). If anybody knows of any animal rescue place in that area please let me know. I had a cat once before from the RSPCA but I have no idea if France has an equivalent. Thanks in advance.
