Can anyone reccomend an English speaking accountant in the Deux Sevres/Norh Charante area? We haver one in Angouleme but he is not responding at all to e mails etc which is not really acceptable or are they all like this? Thanks Andrew

I am moving to France later this year (Deux Sevres) and we want to have a swimming pool in for next Summer, approx how long from planning to use does it take? I appreciate there are all sorts of factors in this but I am wondering whether to get it ordered this summer whilst we are in France or wait a few months. Andrew
