We are in the process of purchasing a property to renovate and turn into gites over the next three years while we work overseas. Our question is to whether it is best to purchase the property as a company for tax purposes or just normally and worry about the business later. Any suggestions?

We are new to the living france forums. We are currently in process of buying a property in France. In the next three years we plan to renovate while overseas and then we plan to run it as gites. Our question is: we have heard that for tax purposes it is better to purchase the house as a company while other sources have said no need you can do a 30% automatic tax on profits. We are unsure any advice?
